If you are unhappy with Studio Ray Ray's work that has been completed for your business, please reach out to me at rhea@studiorayray.co.nz so we can go over the issues you have found.

From there we can discuss compensation (if applicable), dependent on the issues involved and time taken to complete task.

For all digital download products, given the nature of the automatic delivery via email, we cannot issue refunds so please choose wisely.
