$55 Per Hour
Just in case you haven't picked up what I'm putting down, Studio Ray Ray does things a little differently around here.
Instead of dauntingly chunky flat service fees, all of my services are charged out by the hour at a small business-friendly rate of $55 NZD per hour.
No hidden costs, and no minimums - if you want me to do that 2 minute task, I got you!
The Process
So, How Does It All Work?

Book a Consult, Get an Estimate
If you have an idea of what you need done (or even if you don't), Book a Free Consultation with me so we can have a chat about how I can help you better your business.
After our call, I'll email you a ranged estimate of the time/cost to complete your project depending on your needs and requirements. Feel free to ask me any additional questions.
Please note that estimates are valid for 6 months.

Sign & Return Your Contract
If you like what you see, let me know and I'll do my little happy dance!
Now's the time to let me know if you need any unique payment terms included in your contract. You are more than welcome to set a monthly spending budget, and/or select a payment plan to help with cashflow. Scroll down to see your options.
I'll then compile your service contract for you to sign, date and return. Now we're official!

Pay Monthly Invoices
Time to get to work! I use the time tracking software Toggl to, get this, track the time I spend working away on your tasks.
On the first day of each month, check your inbox for your invoice containing the total hours worked during the month prior.
Unless agreed otherwise in our contract, invoices have a due date of 20 days. If you suddenly find that you need a bit more time, don't be afraid to let me know asap!

Spending Budgets
Sticking to a tight budget but you really want to get the ball rolling on your business dreams? Or do you just want more predictability each month? Talk to me about setting a Spending Budget.
Pick an upper limit that you don't want to exceed over the course of a month, and I'll only work up to the equivalent number of hours - available for both estimated projects and Ongoing Support.
For example, a $165/month Spending Budget means I work up to 3 hours on your tasks across the entire month.
Payment Plans
We all know cashflow can sometimes be all over the place in small business - but that doesn't mean you have to miss out on investing in your business now to improve that flow later!
Custom Deposit with Weekly Payments
Prior to the commencement of your project, make an upfront deposit of at least 25% of your maximum estimate. You are more than welcome to pay more in advance if you wish.
Then, make interest-free payments of your choosing on a set day each week, up to 3 months. You must make a payment each week.
At the end of the third month, all costs remaining based on the final invoice amount must be paid in full.
